Return and refund policy of Hijos de Antonio Polo S.L.
1 Cancellation of Orders:

No returns are accepted once an order has entered the preparation, dispatch or delivery phase.

The cancellation request must be made by e-mail. However, please note that there may be a period between the request and its handling, during which the order may advance to the preparation phase.

2 Refund for Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation before preparation, Hijos de Antonio Polo undertakes to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, using the same method of payment.

For transfers to accounts in non-EU countries, the customer may accept the commission or request an alternative method of payment.

3 Right of Withdrawal:

Once the preparation of the order has begun, any request for cancellation will be considered as a right of withdrawal, but does not entail a refund of funds.

4 Refund for Withdrawal:

Although the right of withdrawal is recognised within 14 days, no refunds or product returns will be made.

5 Partial Return of the Order:

No partial returns or refunds will be accepted for products that do not meet expectations.

6 Content Error:

Hijos de Antonio Polo undertakes to correct any errors in content, picking up products sent incorrectly and sending the correct ones.

In the event of unavailability, the customer will be offered the option of exchanging for a product of similar price.

7 Incidents during transport:

In the event of incidents such as partial deliveries, damage or loss during transport, the customer is entitled to a replacement shipment or a corresponding credit note.

8 Defective Product:

The customer may report problems with defective products, but no refunds or returns will be made.

9 Contact for Cancellations:

For any cancellation request, it is necessary to contact the Customer Service Department via info@pagopenafiel.com before proceeding.
Hijos de Antonio Polo S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition.

Return process

1 As a first step, please send us an email with ‘Return’ in the subject line. Don’t forget to specify your order number and the reason for your return.

2 Place the items in the original packaging and seal the package securely. Send your parcel back to us by post.

3 When your parcel is delivered to us, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

Refund method

The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

Product conditions

We do not accept exchanges or returns of used items.

Returned items must be in good condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are used, damaged or altered.

We will not accept returned items without prior contact from you.

We do not accept packages returned via cash on delivery service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sale or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
